Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Readack, an email tracking service for Gmail operated at readack.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Readack lets you know when emails you send are opened and when links in them are clicked, via tracking pixels and wrapped links. Open signals are best-effort by nature: mail clients proxy and prefetch images, so we report confidence levels rather than guarantees.

Acceptable use

• Use Readack only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable email and privacy laws in your jurisdiction (including consent requirements where they apply).
• No spam, harassment, or deceptive mail practices.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, probe tracking identifiers, or interfere with the service.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@readack.com.
